Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MyQuraa, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access MyQuraa for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may:

• Listen to Quran recitations for personal spiritual benefit
• Use the app's features for your individual worship and learning
• Install the app on your personal devices

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in MyQuraa
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
Download or attempt to download audio files for redistribution

Service Availability

MyQuraa is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Audio Content

The Quran recitations provided through MyQuraa are sourced from publicly available Islamic audio libraries. We respect the rights of all reciters and audio providers. If you believe any content infringes on your rights, please contact us immediately.

Internet Connection

MyQuraa requires an internet connection to stream audio content. We are not responsible for any data charges incurred while using the service. Users are advised to use Wi-Fi when possible to avoid excessive mobile data usage.

Limitations

In no event shall MyQuraa or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use MyQuraa, even if MyQuraa or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Modifications

MyQuraa may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this application, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms of service.

Spiritual Responsibility

MyQuraa is intended to facilitate connection with the Quran for spiritual benefit. We encourage users to approach the Quran with reverence, cleanliness, and proper Islamic etiquette (adab). The app should complement, not replace, traditional Islamic learning and study.
